The Brief

SGI is a global network with millions of members, spanning 192 countries and territories. We partnered with their U.S. leadership to design and streamline digital systems that support community-building, education, and operational efficiency.

The engagement included brand and product strategy, a complete UX/UI overhaul of their member portal, and a reimagined e-commerce experience to support their educational bookstore.

SGI Portal

We redesigned SGI’s internal platform to support the day-to-day operations of a large, decentralized organization—from member tracking and reporting to event planning and communication.

The result is a clean, intuitive system that prioritizes clarity, trust, and usability across every screen. Complex features like regional performance dashboards and multilingual member directories were made simple and scalable, built for longevity and ease of use.

SGI Bookstore

To serve both practitioners and the broader public, we modernized SGI’s online bookstore with a focus on accessibility, discoverability, and conversion.

We designed a seamless end-to-end commerce experience—from product browsing and search to checkout and fulfillment. The updated store supports SGI’s broader mission of sharing knowledge and making teachings more widely accessible—while giving staff the tools they need to run things efficiently behind the scenes.
