Goal: Introduce self managed medical tools to the Indian market

Challenge: Adoption would be low due to users distrust of technology. Creating a health management application is a unique challenge in that your users are not always well mentally or physically. Every task needed to be trimmed and optimized for the most clarity and efficiency sometimes taking a back seat to aesthetics and pop.

Surprise Challenge: Translating to so many languages and how that altered the layout.

Solutions: I was in charge of all aspects of design from product design to branding & concept for web and mobile. By including early adopter feedback in our design sprints we were able to catch the issues and solve them to fit. We were able to create journeys based on actual cases and and solve for the language barriers by using a special translation tool.
